     Tagging Your Consignment Items:

Consignors, displayed below are examples of how to hang and place tags on your clothing! Also displayed is a completed sample tag! Please use both as a guide to help you prepare your children's clothing, toys, books, furniture, etc!

Tags ~ The ABC's of filling out your tags:

A. To designate if you would like for your items to be sold at half price during our half price sale on Saturday, please fill out your tags by typing "YES" or "NO" next to the Discount space on the tag. Tags with "Discount: Yes" will only be sold at half price on Saturday. If your item(s) sell before Saturday, the buyer pays the price that is typed on the tag.
Note: *You may choose to discount all or some of your items*

B. If you do not want your items to be sold at half price in our half price sale, please type "Discount: NO". All items will remain in the market available for purchase until closing time on Saturday.

C. To designate if you would like for your unsold items to be donated to a local charity, please type "YES" or "NO" next to the Donate space on the tag.
Note: *You may choose to donate all or some of your items*

Tagging ~ The 1, 2, 3's of tagging your clothing & gear:

1.
Hang your clothing on a CHILD SIZE hanger with the hanger facing left, like a question mark (?).
  • When hanging an outfit together, hang the top and then SAFETY PIN the pants/shorts/leggings to the top of the hanger. Make sure they are pinned securely to the hanger and not just the shirt/top. This will help ensure that items do not fall off, get torn, or become separated from one another. ---OR--- Hang items on two hangers and secure together using a rubber band.
  • PLEASE do NOT use clothes pins!!!
  • All clothing MUST be on a hanger!!!
  • PLEASE sort your clothing by size & gender ready to be dropped off!

2. Attaching a tag to an item:
A. Using a safety pin, carefully pin the tag to the upper right-hand side of the garmet.

B. OR.......... to save you lots of time, invest in a tagging gun (they may be purchased online or through a retail supply store) and attach tags to items this way.

3.Tagging Shoes: Tie shoes together by the laces and place shoes in a baggy.
Place the tag inside the baggie, or place a tag inside or on the bottom of the shoes. You may also staple the tag to the outside of the baggie. DO NOT place tape over the barcode on your tag!!!

4. Big Ticket Items (cribs, high chairs, swings, etc):
For larger ticket items, fill out the tag and use string or ribbon to tie the tag on your
item(s). You may also tape the tag to the item, just make sure it is VERY secure.
DO NOT place tape over the barcode on your tag!!!

We cannot accept car seats of any kind due to liability.

Toys:
*As a consignor it is your responsibility to make sure you are not reselling ANY toys or products that have been recalled. Please check online at www.cdc.gov and www.consumerreports.org for current recall listings. NO recalled items will be entered in the market for purchase. Thank you for your cooperation!

Even though tagging your items is easy, it is also VERY important that it is done correctly. If tags are not filled out like explained above, we will have to ask that ALL corrections be made before we can display your items.

PLEASE email us at
lollipoplane.la@gmail.com with ANY questions. We are here to help!!!
